I photograph people the way I photograph products — looking for what is genuinely there rather than what looks good on a surface. These portraits are made in the same unhurried, documentary way I approach all my work. Each portrait is a collaboration between photographer and subject. The images belong to both of us.

The same eye that makes these portraits informs my commercial model direction. I work with independent jewellery designers and luxury brands to create on-model campaign imagery that carries the same honest, considered quality as my portrait practice — warm studio lighting, precise direction, images that show the piece as it deserves to be seen.
